Each month, Realytics showcases one of the members of its (marvelous) team. This month, we’re very happy to introduce you to Héloïse, Customer Success Manager by day, Karaoke Olympic Champ and prima Zuma ballerina by night.
My name is Héloïse Peccatte, I am a Customer Success Manager at Realytics since March, 2017.
To be a Customer Success Manager at Realytics, it means:
- To accompany our clients - advertisers and agencies - when they set their campaign tracking with us,
- Understand better how our algorithm and our IT is working,
- Handle the questions, problems and little sores of our clients.
And, all of that, with a smile on my face
I turn on my computer and check the number of new emails.
Juggle between the different process, tools and deadlines. I also need to be really organised or I get overwhelmed, and be the most effective possible to maintain a high level of service.
I also need to learn more about data and tech so I don't have to ask for the help of those teams too often.
None, because if so, I sing. And then, I don't work.
