Paris, December 9, 2024 - Realytics, a subsidiary of smartclipRTL Group's adtech development unit — announces two key appointments to its management team: Yara Akel takes up the position of Administrative and Financial Director, while Valérie Teboul-Weber becomes Operations Director.

Strengthening the organization to support growth

These appointments illustrate Realytics' determination to continue structuring its organization to meet its growth challenges. Valérie Teboul-Weber, as Director of Operations, will be responsible for optimizing the organization of the teams to guarantee a service that increasingly prioritises customer satisfaction. 

"Our challenge is to ensure continuous improvement of quality at Realytics — quality of data collected, quality of the customer relationship, and quality of our delivery," explains Valérie Teboul-Weber, who also remains Director of Research and Media Expertise.

Meanwhile, Yara Akel, as the new Administrative and Financial Director, will consolidate internal processes and streamline collaboration with the RTL group to pursue its expansion in France and new  European markets. 

"We aim to strengthen Realytics' administrative and financial foundations to support long-term, sustainable, and structured growth," says Yara Akel.

After obtaining a master’s degree in Financial Engineering and Corporate Finance from INSEEC Paris, Yara joined Realytics in 2019 as the Administrative and Financial Manager. Her skills and experience led to her notable career growth and promotion to the position of Administrative and Financial Director at Realytics.

Valérie Teboul Weber holds a post-graduate diploma in Law and Administration of Audiovisual Communication and a Master's degree in Management Sciences from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She began her career in the media and advertising sector, holding strategic positions at France Télévisions Publicité, Canal+, and Havas. She later developed her academic career by serving as a lecturer in Political Science at the University of Paris 1.

She joined Realytics in 2015 as Head of the Research and Media Expertise division. Her role quickly evolved and Valérie became Director of Research and Media Expertise, a position in which she uses her expertise to support advertisers and agencies in optimizing their TV advertising campaigns. A recognized specialist in advertising performance measurement, her appointment as Operations Director confirms her key role in the strategic development of Realytics.
