  • Cannes Lions 2024: sun, sea and Realytics on the RTL Beach !

We are back! Once again, the Realytics team will be at Cannes Lions. You might as well take advantage of the beach if you're going to be by the sea. That's why we've renewed our partnership with RTL Beach.

It's an opportunity to discuss current issues in a relaxing setting.

Why?

There's no shortage of market-relevant topics this year, with TV/digital convergence once again taking the center stage:

  • Measuring Total Video, already measuring CTV both via operator set-top-boxes and streaming platforms;
  • Use of AI for programmatic and CPM purchasing of linear TV;
  • TV and digital synchronization;
  • And of course, TV performance measurement to define TV/CTV/Video strategies and invest effectively in TV.

Bonus: take advantage of panels and keynotes on the future of advertising. You can discover the program here.

For who?

Whether you're an advertiser, an agency, a DSP, a broadcaster, a streaming platform or any other Total Video player, we've got a lot to share!

How do we do it?

All you need to do is fill in the form, and you're almost in the sand, facing an endless blue sea. But beware, places are limited. Don't forget to mention that you're coming for Realytics, so we don't miss each other!

Where are we?

We are located at 45 Boulevard de la Croisette, in the center of the beach. If you're looking for us on google maps, type CBeach Plage Restaurant Cannes.

But why Cannes Lions?

Before we head off into the Côte d'Azur sunshine, we'd like to take this opportunity to share with you the story behind the name Cannes Lions, with a brief look back in time.

The International Advertising Film Festival was founded in 1954 by European advertising film producers, inspired by the Cannes and Venice festivals, before broadening its scope to include print in 1992, becoming the International Advertising Festival. In 2011, it adopted its current name of International Festival of Creativity, embracing advertising and marketing communications.

From 1954 to 1984, the festival was held alternately in Cannes and Venice, before moving permanently to Cannes. The prizes awarded, called Lions, pay homage to Saint Mark, the patron saint of Venice. The name Cannes Lions therefore honors both festivals.
